This area of architecture is the one that differentiates one architect from another and at SNJ we are extremely well acclaimed for ensuring our ideas, whilst innovative and creative, are also practical and achievable.

There are eight keys steps to our successful approach, which we have worked very hard to develop and have found to be very adaptable to a wide range of discerning clients.

From the initial strategic brief received from the client we always visit the site to carry out an initial appraisal, ensuring all relevant factors are considered to build up a robust set of project objectives on budget, quality and sustainability. We then build this up to an initial project brief taking careful consideration to review specific site information and produce various alternative proposal, including sketches and feasibility studies. At this stage we will look at the other key roles within the project team that may be required to deliver success and make the necessary arrangements for site and building surveys.
