  • To facilitate this, we are believe it is essential that the following six elements are provided:Providing the selected contractor with required information for construction
  • Carrying out site visits and inspections to monitor progress
  • Reviewing design work produced by sub-contractors
  • Providing general advice on forthcoming maintenance upon project completion
  • Contract administration:
    • Certifying payments
    • Final inspections and resolution of any defects
    • Assist in resolution of final account and issue appropriate certification
  • Building handover
