Phil J Clay
Like Simon, Phil is an accomplished pioneer working at the leading edge of modern architecture. His ambitious and energetic approach, merged with his exceptional quest for perfection has helped deliver ground-breaking projects for the construction and development sector.
Phil’s inherent passion for architecture is ingrained, borne out of a high school project where his only limits were those of his imagination. This led to an educational pursuit and subsequent degree in Architecture from the University of Lincoln, where his ingenious ideology was enhanced by engineering capability.
Phil’s architectural portfolio is quite simply remarkable. Nominated for the LABC awards his inspirational talent is well recognised and has led to multi million pound commissions for his work.
However, Phil believes fostering client relationships is equally, if not, more important than ground-breaking architecture and has managed to assimilate a juxtaposition of optimum project delivery, acknowledged by all of his clients.
